IN THE MOOD FOR FILM

Fish Tank (2009) dir by Andrea Arnold

Truth is, I only watched this film to drool over Harry Treadaway. As it turns out, he didn’t get much airtime as I’d hoped for. But the film was good, regardless. Although I wish it would’ve ended differently— but that’s just me.

Gone with the Wind (1939) dir by Victor Fleming. Yes it was a film of epic proportion,and the costumes were just to die for, but almost everyone dies (except the ones that matters), so what’s up with that?

Stick It (2006) dir by Jessica Bendinger. For a movie about gymnastics, it was not bad at all.

Year One (2009) dir Harold Ramis. There are some funny moments. But then, the whole thing just became— pointless.
